Did You Know?  After you have applied with a mortgage lender, by law and regulations set forth in the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act of 1974 (RESPA), your lender is required to deliver an application disclosure package to you within three (3) business days.  A recent consumer survey indicated that only 1 of 4 borrowers reported receiving these documents.
