Once you have selected a lender, your PHLA™ will provide guidance and counsel through the loan process. 

The Goal During This Step Is Two-Part:

1. To ensure that you have complete understanding and knowledge as you will be asked to make key decisions on the way to your loan closing. 

2. To ensure you are receiving appropriate follow up communication from your lender and receiving timely status updates.

• Which loan program may make the best fit.
• Know if you are "approved" or "pre-qualified". 
• Know if your rate is "locked" or "floating".

• Navigate appraisal issues.
• Preparing documentation for the loan closing.
